What you will learn
The program goals are to develop the participants’ ability to analyze legal issues and communicate in the ways that HR Practitioners communicate. The participants will be equipped with several forms of technical and legal writings using a variety of methods and materials. It will guide the future HR Practitioner to conduct effective and efficient fact-finding investigation of the disciplinary cases in the workplace. The program provides participants with extensive and varied individual feedback on written communications on the disciplinary cases through the online meetings with the instructor and as well as assessments.
