Just imagine, you do not need a lab to capture microbes from your surrounding and creating the deeply flavoured living food and drinks in a week. Give it a try. In this short course of 6 chapters, you will be introduced to a few varieties of fermented food and drinks. You will be guided on how to cultivate friendly and beneficial microbes at your own cozy home through step by step recipes in preparing your own lactofermented pickles, kimchi, tempoyak, sauerkraut, kefir and kombucha. All lessons in this course will be conveyed via infographic charts, notes and videos. Students are encouraged to complete a mini project at the end of the course to derive a maximum benefit.
