In this topic, students will learn about the definition of partnership, formation and types of partners, characteristics of partnership and, advantages and disadvantages of partnership.

This topic will teach students on how to record partnership accounts.

This topic will focus on the preparation of final accounts for partnership such as Profit and Loss Appropriation Statement and the Statement of Financial Position.


Under this topic, students will learn on how to incorporate changes in partnership in capital accounts, current accounts and financial statements for partnership.
