Graduates must navigate the rapid economic developments of the fourth and fifth industrial revolutions in light of the need for 21st-century skills. By providing information on upcoming employment opportunities, advice and strategies for acing 21st-century interviews, and a framework for graduates to effectively present themselves in employment interviews, the program enhances the employability of graduates. The program begins with a discussion of the employment process from the standpoint of human resources. It then focuses on advice and techniques for acing the interview and concludes by building an integrated employability framework that takes into consideration all the criteria identified to boost the employability of graduates. Additionally, it might close the labour market's supply-demand mismatch and increase the capacity to master the job interview to capitalize on the elements that affect graduates' employability in the aspect of SKAOs VS Job Description and Job Specification. Program Outcomes: Equip participants with advice and tactics to excel in 21st-century employment interviews, addressing human resources perspectives and contemporary skill requirements, and emerging job opportunities aligned with the demands of the evolving industry landscape that empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to secure employment opportunities. Provide a comprehensive framework that integrates SKAOs (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Other Competencies, including Talents) versus Job Specification and Job Description (Industry/Employer Requirements) to close gaps/loopholes, guiding participants to capitalize their employment potential by maximizing job matching level.
