It then focuses on advice and techniques for acing the interview and concludes by building an integrated employability framework that takes into consideration all the criteria identified to boost the employability of graduates. Additionally, it might close the labour market's supply-demand mismatch and increase the capacity to master the job interview to capitalize on the elements that affect graduates' employability in the aspect of SKAOs VS Job Description and Job Specification.
