About this Module
What you will learn
This course will be exposed students to various strategy development in business organizations. This course starts with an overview of strategic development, including various organizational resources used in business. Students will also learn the 4 four main business development strategies and their importance toward business survival. Then, the two major environments (internal and external) also will be introduced to students as a preparation to formulate several strategies, including Internal-External (IE) Matrix and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
