Associate Professor Dr. Latisha Asmaak Shafie currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Academy of Language Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Perlis Branch, Arau Campus, Malaysia. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of TESL (HONS.) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (1993), a Master of Instructional Technology (Distinction) from Universiti Malaya (2003), and a Degree of Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Utara Malaysia (2018), with a thesis on "Investment, Imagined Communities and Imagined Identities of Malay Learners of English on Facebook". Her research interests are extensive, focusing on areas such as Language Learning, Digital Discourse, Online Identities, Social Media Studies, and the application of Artificial intelligence in second language education. She is highly engaged with poster presentations, both as an active presenter at national and international conferences and as a key contributor to teaching and assessment. Her pedagogical role includes developing the microcredential "Mastering Your Poster Presentation", and she frequently serves as an evaluator for both student and professional submissions in competitions.

Surina Binti Nayan is a Senior Lecturer at the Akademi Pengajian Bahasa (Academy of Language Studies) at UiTM Kampus Arau. Her academic focus is on the Teaching and Learning of English, as well as Linguistics and Education. She has contributed to scholarly work on a wide range of topics, including employability awareness among Malaysian undergraduates, collaborative learning practices among students and lecturers, and the study of vocabulary learning strategies used by adult ESL learners. Her research also touches upon the use of social media, such as the construction of identity through Facebook profiles and the use of SMS language. Based on her extensive professional activities, she has significant expertise in the field of poster presentations. She has not only presented her own work in many poster presentations at various national and international conferences but also actively contributes to teaching and evaluating the skill. This includes developing a microcredential titled "Mastering Your Poster Presentation" and serving as an evaluator or member for numerous competitions that involve poster presentations.

Fazmawati Zakaria is a senior lecturer affiliated with the Akademi Pengajian Bahasa (Academy of Language Studies) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Perlis, Kampus Arau. With an extensive background in language education, she holds a B.ED.TESL (1995) and an MA TESL (2000), both from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She has held significant administrative posts, including serving as the Head of the Academy of Language Studies from 2018 to 2020. Her teaching expertise covers a range of subjects at the diploma and bachelor’s degree levels, such as English for Business Communication, Integrated Language Skills, and English for Oral Presentations. Noorazalia Izha Haron is an experienced academic at the Akademi Pengajian Bahasa (APB) at UiTM Kampus Arau, having begun her service in March 201 Noorazalia Izha Binti Haron is an academic at the Akademi Pengajian Bahasa (Academy of Language Studies) at UiTM Kampus Arau, where she began her service in March 2011. She is active in research related to the Social, Creativity & Innovation (SCI) nexus, having been a project member for the Poetic Trails of Perlis Poetry Film Competition (2023-2024). Her publications, which include contributions to books like The Little Hiccups Stories of Triumph Over Everyday Challenges and Foundation English V2, focus on topics such as students' autonomy in online class during the Covid-19 pandemic, challenges in learning speaking skills using video conferencing, and the issue of media bias.
