What you will learn
This module will introduce learners to the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The BMC is a visual tool that helps entrepreneurs and business leaders design, plan, and communicate their business model. BMC provides a clear overview of the key elements of a business model, including the value proposition, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, and costs. This module will give learners the opportunity to proficiently analyze existing business and competitively build their own business model. Learners will also be introduced to the BMC Touch, a mobile application which was developed to facilitate learning activities through the usage of online application.
