What you will learn
This course introduces the regulatory framework of Companies Act, 2016 in the administration of a corporation. Ability to perform this requirement facilitates daily administration of a corporation and to meet the statutory requirement of various regulatory bodies. This course is designed to equip the student to explain the shares and debt capital, corporate restructuring process, winding up and its requirements. The other elements of this course are to look into the principles of corporate governance inclusive of external auditor to compliment this course.
What skills you will gain
Be able to prepare the procedures for allotment of shares. Having cognitive skill and practical skills in understanding and practising the process and requirements for corporate rescue mechanism and financial management.
