Animation in Malaysia has been developed well since it started in 1978. A lot of industries like advertising, publication, entertainment, tourism and also education used animation. Graphic and animation design has become an increasingly important subject in any professional course. The objective of this course is to introduce and explain to students about development of character in animation that related to sociocultural of Malaysia and influence of international animation such as Manga, western influence and others relevant influence on Malaysian animation nowadays.
