About this Module

What you will learn

The course aims to guide students on how to perform systematic literature reviews (SLR). This course consists of 12 topics, which include protocol development, designing research questions, conducting literature searches, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and presenting results from multiple disciplines to enhance participant's understanding of the systematic review process. It raises students’ understanding of the area of study independently and ethically. The course does not require Pre-Requisite.

What skills you will gain

At the end of the course, students will be able to: 1. To understand the purpose of a systematic literature review. 2. To evaluate relevant literature from various quality resources and make a rigorously reviewed summary of the evidence-based on the given question. 3. To describe the distinct characteristics of a systematic review and identify the primary sources of such reviews 4. To perform a systematic literature review in an area of study independently and ethically in the appropriate format.
