About this Module

What you will learn
The micro credential (MC) is one of the important basic principles taught to the tourism students in UiTM. It exposes the creation of a valid contract which could become essential in the day-to-day activities of anyone who is involved in any commercial field including those of having touristic nature. Not understanding how a contract is created could be fatal to a well-planned program that could cause losses to the persons creating it. This MC will describe all the elements that are necessary to create a valid legal contract which include offer, acceptance, consideration, capacity, intention to create legal relations and free consent. Students will also be able to learn how a contract is discharged.
