This course is offered to students who are studying Arabic course in the Tourism Management program. It focuses on learning Elementary Arabic for a specific purpose: tourism. In this course, students are exposed to terminologies, phrases, sentences, dialogues, and clippings as well as cultural elements that are directed to dealings/transactions/communication and activities in tourism. "e-Safar Sa'īd: The Wonders in Malaysia" is designed to provide a comprehensive guide and focus on the Arabic language for students in tourism and hotel management. Our main objectives include: Linking Theory with Practice: Enriching learning by providing real-world examples of tourism and hotel management in Malaysia, highlighting the use of the Arabic language in practical scenarios to help students connect classroom theory with field practices. Promoting Arabic Language Proficiency: Emphasizing the importance of Arabic language proficiency for students aiming for careers in the tourism and hospitality industry, particularly in regions with significant Arabic-speaking tourists. Promoting Malaysia as a Tourism Destination: Presenting Malaysia as an attractive tourist destination, highlighting its places of interest, diverse cultures, and natural beauty. Encouraging Cultural Interaction: Promoting cultural interactions between Arab visitors and local communities. Serving as a Reference Source for Students: Offering content that is relevant to students in tourism and hotel management, focusing on Arabic language skills that are essential for effective communication and management within the tourism sector.
