Barista's Craft: The Preliminary is a course designed for coffee enthusiasts to explore the art and science behind every cup. Learners will discover the history of coffee, its various species, and the countries where it is grown. The course modules will also cover the intricate stages of coffee production, from the harvesting to the service. Additionally, learners will be introduced to espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment used in coffee shops. To round out the experience, the course will touch on the basics of customer service, helping learners understand how to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent service in a coffee shop setting.
