What you will learn

This course is designed for students to build a strong foundation in email writing. Through interactive lessons and practical exercises, students will learn how to write clear and well-structured emails for personal and academic purposes. The course will guide learners in understanding the structure of an email, including subject lines, greetings, body content, and appropriate closings, as well as how to organise ideas effectively. Students will also learn to write different types of emails, including inquiries, follow-ups, requests, applications, and complaints, using appropriate language and tone for each purpose.
