MICRO-CREDENTIAL IN HIGH IMPACT PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATION

About this Module

What you will learn

High Impact Persuasive Communication is an intensive 40-hours professional development module designed to master the art of influence through advanced linguistic strategies and psychological frameworks. The curriculum transitions from the foundational "Language of Empathy" and audience profiling to complex structural models like Monroe’s Motivated Sequence (MMS). Students will delve into the technical "Grammar of Negotiation," mastering syntactic inversion and the "front-loading of value" to create leveraged offers. The course concludes with a deep dive into sociolinguistics, exploring Cialdini’s Principles of Influence and the pragmatics of cross-cultural communication to avoid pragmatic failure in global professional contexts. Through a blend of theoretical mastery and practical application—including video simulations and persuasive brief writing—participants will learn to command any room with ethical and high-impact communication.
