Business letters are still relevant and progressively rising in today’s ongoing expansion of business and industry, therefore it has been choosen to be highlighted. Learning business letters in block style format offer new knowledge for UiTM students and office professionals on formal writing and proper documentation. ICT become major requirement in today’s and future’s real-world contexts. The correspondence compendium will reflect both professionalism and ICT depth knowledge for participants to learn and then apply business documents effectively. UiTM students and office professionals must grasp how to use advanced tools and approaches included in latest software products such as Microsoft Word. This microcredential project includes a combination of text, video, interactives, and complex lessons that enable participants to acquire comprehensive business letter in mobile and convenient place.
