Started a career in the teaching profession field since 2001. Joined Universiti Teknologi MARA, Lendu Campus, UiTM Malacca Branch since 2001. Posted to Universiti Teknologi MARA, Permatang Pauh Campus, UiTM Pulau Pinang Branch in 2003. Possess 15 years of experience working as a human resources specialist with the conglomerate company EON Berhad, an associated company of DRB-HICOM. The areas of expertise are on Industrial Relations, Collective Bargaining and Trade Union, Employment Act and Labor Law, Performance Management System & Appraisal System, Grievance Procedure, Employee Relations and Training Needs Assessment, Job Design and Job Analysis. Possess strong HRM and Business qualifications with an impressive track record of hands-on experience in the HRM strategic planning, organizational development and change management, HR practices and strategies and High-Performance Work Systems (HPWSs). Proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical HR requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities in HR and business-related issues; develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing HR competitiveness, increase HR revenues and manage disputes. Holds a Diploma of Public Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in Human Resource Management and Master of Business Administration from the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Malaysia. Most of the published research papers are associated with The Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of Bumiputera Entrepreneurs, The Entrepreneurial Traits of Indonesian Franchisees, The Sustainable Competitive Advantage: Elements of Business Strategy for Surviving in the Franchising Industry, Quantitative and Qualitative Indicators of Performance Appraisal System, TQM Tools and Techniques, Job Design and Job Analysis, High Performance Work System, Students Learning Preferences and Teaching Tools, Students Marketability Issues and Perspectives, Minimum Wage, The Mnemonic Key Word Approach to Increase Transfer of Learning, Compensable Factors and Pay System & etc. Presently in the final stage of finalizing PhD studies on High Performance Work Systems (HPWSs) in the manufacturing sector. The current activities are developing the Manual for the Graduates Employability Enhancement, Graduate Employment Interview CD and constructing the new degree curriculum for Leadership and Sustainability HRM towards the Industrial Revolutions 4.0 and Green HRM perspectives which is a collaboration with the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF). The project that is successfully developed is the compensation software (Job Pricing Calculator @ ADIL SYSTEM APPS) to determine the accuracy and justifiable salary towards the development of the systematic and comprehensive pay system application by incorporating internal and external compensable factors. Presently, in the process of the development of software application systems of Performance Measurement Tools and Training Effectiveness Evaluation Apps. Have successfully developed the Micro-Credential Online Learning Program entitled “Drafting Zero Defect Show Cause Letter” (UMC 034). Presently in the process of developing the Micro-Credential Online Learning Program entitled “Mastering the 21st Century Interview”. Has an expertise in the field of Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Employment Law, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Change and Organizational Development, Strategic Human Resources Management, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Business Communication, Employment Interview, Management, Organizational Behaviors, Entrepreneurship, Business Current Issues & any other Business Management related subjects. Trainer/facilitator/speaker for conducting seminars in relation to the Employment Interviews and Application, Employment Laws, The Mnemonic Key Word Approach and 21st Century Skills. A certified HRDF Trainer under the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) and a certificate holder in the Education field.
