Course Description

This course introduces the students with various of financial product, financial reporting long term and short term financial management, mergers and aquisitions of firms. By the end of this course, students should be able to understand basic understanding of corporate finance, including a knowledge of the instruments used by companies to raise finance and manage financial risk. Part of this course follows the syllabus of Business Finance (CB1) from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFOA)
