Course Description

The scope of the course covers the key elements in designing and managing the organization’s financial strategy, in the context of contributing to achieving the organization’s objectives. The features and implications of the full range of major financing instruments are covered. A broad range of types of investment decisions is also covered and it is recognized throughout that such decisions need to take account of broader strategic issues as well the financial analysis.

1 ) Explain financial policy decision, sources of long-term fund, financial risk and business valuation of an organization
2 ) Demonstrate appropriate personal skills in performing tasks related to financial strategy
