Course Description

This online course is for anyone looking to learn about how law works in the world of business. It provides an understanding of the legal principles and how it impacts on individuals and organizations engaged in business activities. Business law is a body of law that that deals with many different aspects of doing business. It covers a wide range of topics such as contracts, sale of goods, hire-purchase, agency, business organizations and many more. Nowadays, businesses must function within the restrictions of rules and regulations. Hence, responsible trader must conduct business transactions according to clearly defined rules and laws in order to protect his business and ensuring that it runs smoothly. This course dives deep into certain legal issues faced by parties involved in a transaction such as contract disputes in business and commerce.
