About this Course

This course covers the basic understanding of the design principles, sustainable planning concepts, planning standards and theories of housing, commercial and industrial development. The course also provides knowledge of the design process for the preparation of concept and layout plans for residential, commercial, and industrial areas. At the end of the course, students are required to explain, display and interpret the knowledge and skills related to housing, commercial and industrial layout design principles.
