A1 : There is no Final Examination. This course is based on 100% continuous assessments.

Q2 : What is the best example of formative assessment for the course?
A2 : To represent their understanding of a topic, students are encouraged to submit one or two sentences identifying the main point of a lecture or to draw a concept map after each topic.

Q3 : Where can I get the reference books?
A3 : There is no requirement for the student to buy the reference book for this course. However if you are interested to own the main reference of the course, please search it on Amazon or other online platform. A few copies also may be found at the UiTM Main Library. We are currently in the process of subscribing the e-book for students usage.

Q4 : Is the course suitable for non-hospitality related students?
A4 : Yes of course. The main outcomes of the course is to boost the confidence level of the students through exploring and enhancing their interpersonal skills. Students from non-hospitality related field will be able to acquire all the relevance skills and knowledge to be applied in their daily routines for self-development.
