About this Course

This course will expose the students to basic management knowledge and managerial skills, focusing on functions of management such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. In addition, this course also indicates the basic knowledge organization will be practices of behavior concepts of group and team, change and conflict. This course will enhance students' understanding of both principles of management and create a basic application of organizational behavior.
