DIGITAL WORKFORCE

About this Course

This course explores the emerging trends of the digital working environment via crowdsourcing. The goal of the course is to prepare students to enter the global digital marketplace. Students will be exposed to the crowdsourcing concept, business model and its ecosystem as a digital worker. They will have the ability to apply their knowledge and skills to react to digital platforms. This course will cover the concepts of digital workforce, digital skills, platforms, career management and opportunities and challenges as a digital worker. Students will be assessed for their ability to response to the platforms. This course not only provides awareness but also the know-how and the technical skill for the students to participate in the digital environment as a digital worker or job provider.
