About this Course

This course provides students with a fundamental understanding of the core principles of information systems and how they are practiced in the business environment. The first part of the course covers fundamental concepts of systems ranging from systems definition and classification, systems theory and systems thinking. The second part of the course presents the business perspective where information systems are used in the enterprise.
