About this Course

Social security and employee benefits administration is an inevitable task in any organization, especially when it involves compliance with statutory requirements. With increasing economic progress and prosperity, the demands on social security and employee benefits administration will also increase. This course covers the various types of social security and employee benefits programmes and the financing, legislation, stakeholders and issues involved in the administration of such programmes.
