About this Course

This course serves as an introduction into the field of industrial relations, regulations and cybersecurity. It is also design to explore the major issues of Industrial relations and cyber threats in Malaysia. Students will learn about the history of the field and of labor unions and how the industrial relations system in Malaysia relates to concepts and values in industrial relations, trade union and functions. In addition, students will be exposed to the role of cybersecurity in Malaysia’s setting that provide specialized cyber security services in optimizing disruptions to censorious information infrastructure in order to advocate the public.
