About this Course

Law of Conveyancing is the procedural aspect of land law where it covers the process of registration of land dealings on the Register Document of Title by the proprietor that creates indefeasible title or interest in land. The chain of conveyancing process begins with the pre requisite inquiry, preparation, execution and attestation, stamping and the final process is presentation for registration. If the property has yet to be issued with a separate issue document of title or strata title, the process will complete upon stamping and registration is done upon issuance of the same. It also covers matters incidental to land dealings such as creation of power of attorney and property gain tax.
