Land Law 2 consists of the substantive law on security documents. It also provides on easement and land administrator's right of way which is vital to assist land owners as to how access is granted to the registered proprietors. Besides that, it involves on the effect of registration that is used as a shield against all adverse inferences in ownership and interest in land. Finally, the course exposes students to a mechanism provided by the National Land Code 1965 protection accorded to unregistered owners or interested in land pending the registration process. This mechanism is known as a caveat. The caveat will also assist the Registrar in land authority to safeguard any interest against any impending fraud or debt due to the federal government such as the Inland Revenue Board.
