Development administration is a theoretical approach to guide students towards explaining the definitions, objectives and efforts of development and development administration. This course consists of relevant and related definitions, perspectives, and objectives of development as well as the history of development administration in Malaysia, social change and planned change in development, economic growth and economic development, rural development and development management which includes the current efforts of development. The study mostly refers to experience of Malaysia since independence until present time in its efforts towards achieving development as Malaysia is one of a leading developing country in Asian.
