About this Course

The course emphasizes an intermediary-level communication art and design within an organization. The need for an in-house design team is very much needed in the age of visual, corporate values and creativity. Students will be coached to understand the need for such creativity endeavor within an organization as well as mapping out a plan to deliver them. Under the span of 14 weeks, students will be tested on their independent thinking and problem-solving, leading to the establishment of a sound media deliverables. This course was born out of the need to mould students to be fluent in communication design, besides the everyday media write-ups. Here, students will be able to brainstorm, research and craft brilliant infographic or graphic recording deliverables for presentations as well as drafting well thought-out podcast ideas for the company. They are encouraged to take greater responsibility for a negotiated, self-directed assignments that uniquely expresses organization’s interests, which can be contextualized within the broader framework of contemporary art practice.
